Rolls Royce Racing Towards Record Sales Year

Rolls-Royce has reported an increase in vehicle sales as June deliveries surged 25 percent to 390 cars, which is a lot of cars for the ultra luxury brand. This comes on the back of gross sales which have risen 33 percent to, 1,968, during the first six months of the year, demand has been coming from where? No not China or the Middle East but Europe.

Rolls Royce said in a statement that Europe accounted for the strongest sales region allowing for a volume rise of 60 percent and that all regions through the world saw an better than forecast rise in sales.

CEO Torsten Mueller-Oetvoes said in the statement “Rolls-Royce is on target for another record year in 2014,”

The BMW owned super luxury brand has seen its product lineup grow since its Bavarian overlords acquired the company in 2003,  its range has grown from the Phantom to be joined later by the Ghost and now the Wraith coupe which was launched in 2013.

During 2013, Rolls Royce sold 3,630 vehicles, an all new SUV is also being developed.
