This is a rendering of the Skoda VisionS concept which will be revealed in the metal at the 2016 Geneva Motorshow. Replace the word concept with the word design study and what you have is quite possibly the look of the next generation Yeti. Or is it? Speculation suggests that Skoda is preparing to launch a bigger SUV one that will sit above the Yeti and will include a third row of seats. This new model is expected to receive a full debut at the Paris Motorshow. Skoda say it will have a length of 4,700mm and a width of 1,910mm the 1,680mm. The VisionS reflects Skoda’s new design language, the edges and lines are clear, precise and sharp, while crystalline design elements accentuate the exterior. Being a show car Skoda incorporated crystalline elements in the vertical struts in the grille and on the logo, ŠKODA’s tribute to the Czech art of crystal-glass design. So what model name will Skoda give this new larger SUV? Speculation is rife that it will be called the Abominable Crossroad… We just made that up.
