Our old ‘chucker’ Shmee150 made this walkthrough video of the Lamborghini Centenario LP770-4 while at the Geneva Motorshow. The Centenario is essence a limited edition hypercar with an exclusive production run of just 20 Coupes and 20 Roadsters. The chassis houses a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 engine which has been tuned to deliver 760bhp and 690Nm.
These days Hypercars and even supercars have gone down the twin-turbo charged route because turbo power is more efficient and better for the environment.
That’s probably why you are looking at the last naturally aspirated V12 Lamborghini will ever make. And what a swan song it is.
Out going Lambo’ boss Stephan Winkelmann gave his designers and engineers free rein to develop the Centenario and it seems the imaginations have run wild. In true Lambo tradition.
Finished in carbon fibre Lamborghini have given the Centenario a £1.4m price tag. Worth every penny.
