The Monterey Car Week which is located on the Monterey Bay Peninsula. Monterey is a city on California’s rugged central coast with views stretching out to the North Pacific, it is perhaps an ideal location to hold a yearly motorshow.
But at the end of the day The Monterey Car Week is a motorshow and that means a lot of gawping, auctions, supercar reveals and yes the modern day fly on the wall YouTube Vologger.
Motorshows have become a key part of a motor manufacture’s marketing tool-kit, as they have always been.
Vloggers are unwitting and in some cases willing participants and are becoming existential marketing assets to these motorshow/industry events.
One such existential marketing Vologger is YouTuber Stradman, unlike many supercar Volggers he doesn’t own a supercar, he’s still dreaming.
When Stradman does get a supercar he will become an existential marketing threat. Or is that opportunity.
