The Continental GT is expected to go Hybrid, however, the W12 engine remains and is said to be 85kg lighter than its predecessor.
First edition models will be powered by a revised 6.0-litre, twin-turbo W12 TSI which is good for 626bhp and 900Nm of torque, enabling a 0-62 time of 3.7 seconds and a top speed of 207mph.
The GT still weighs in at over 2.5 tons despite using an all aluminum body which utilises the latest Super Formed manufacturing technology to create those striking, sharper, more defined surfaces details.
A new suspension setup, Dynamic Ride, controls the front and rear anti-roll bars which is said to keep the new GT stable and flat when cornering hard.
Revised air suspension will allow the Bentley to offer limo like levels of ride comfort. The new interior will be as Bentley as ever, luxurious, the images speak louder than words.
Indeed it looks a bit Panamera-ish to us… A huge new 12.-3 infotainment system supports the highest resolution display currently available.
The current Continental Gt retails for £150k, the new Continental GT will be available in Q2 2018, prices and specs will be confirmed in due course, meaning we don’t rightly know.
