It’s boring. It’s bland. It must be a Skoda. In this case, we’re talking about the ever-expanding lineup of the evocatively dull Enyaq EV. We’ll keep this short, because we wouldn’t want to be accused of being boring but bland ourselves.
Škoda has introduced the new Enyaq SportLine 85, a more efficient rear-wheel-drive alternative to the all-wheel-drive 85x. Available in both SUV and Coupé body styles, it features a single motor producing 286 PS and 545 Nm of torque, enabling 0–62 mph in 6.7 seconds.
With a usable 77 kWh battery, the SUV offers up to 354 miles of range, while the Coupé reaches 356 miles—both outperforming the 85x. Fast charging at up to 135 kW allows a 10–80% charge in around 28 minutes.
Available to order from 12 June 2025, with prices starting at £47,260 (Coupé from £49,160), both models come well-equipped with sporty styling, lowered suspension, dynamic steering, and interior upgrades like a head-up display and CANTON sound system.
