Swiss luxury watch brand, IWC Schaffhausen, welcomed brand ambassadors Eileen Gu and George Russell to its booth at Watches and Wonders Geneva, where the brand celebrated two major milestones: 90 years of Pilot’s Watches and an expanded focus on space exploration.

Russell took time out of his brand duties to discuss the upcoming Miami Grand Prix and the season so far, describing Miami as one of his favourite circuits on the calendar thanks to its tight, technical final section and strong overtaking opportunities. 

Meanwhile, the IWC booth featured a space station-inspired design, complete with an orbital view of Earth and a central Little Prince sculpture, highlighting the theme of curiosity behind the new Le Petit Prince collection.

Eileen Gu, returning to the event, praised the immersive experience and wore a Portofino Le Petit Prince edition — the first of its kind outside the Pilot’s Watch range.

George Russell, attending for the first time, showcased a Pilot’s Watch Chronograph 41 Le Petit Prince and highlighted its blend of technical precision and emotional storytelling.

Both ambassadors were also drawn to the Big Pilot’s Watch Perpetual Calendar ProSet, a technical innovation allowing the calendar to be adjusted both forwards and backwards via the crown.

Overall, the event underlined IWC’s blend of engineering excellence, storytelling, and forward-looking ambition, bridging its aviation heritage with themes of exploration and innovation.
