Mat Watson takes a look at the updated BMW 7 Series and calls it “extreme”; we call it a typical mid-life update.
The BMW 7 Series gets a proper rethink: new front lights, bigger bumper, tweaked grille and bonnet, fresh alloys, and a reworked rear end. Same two-tone vibe, just more choice.
Inside, it pinches tech from the BMW iX3—Panoramic iVision up front, plus (finally) a passenger screen. Materials are plush, and the rear theatre now blasts 8K visuals with Dolby Atmos.
Engines? Straight-six petrols and diesels, a 600+hp PHEV, a 680hp BMW i7… and maybe even a V8 lurking.
