Heritage Drive: BMW Classic Partner Programme Lands in Britain
Auto News

BMW UK has launched a pilot BMW Classic Partner programme to boost support for classic car owners, appointing four authorised retailers across the country.

The selected sites—Halliwell Jones Wilmslow, Sytner Stevenage, Group 1 Hailsham, and Dick Lovett Bristol—join the global BMW Classic network, offering specialist knowledge, access to original parts, and factory-approved care for heritage models.

The initiative aims to give UK owners better local support while preserving vehicle value and authenticity. BMW says the pilot will shape the future rollout of its classic services nationwide.

Retailers involved say the programme is about more than maintenance—it’s about preserving automotive history.

From decades of BMW experience within workshop teams to personal restoration stories passed down through families, the partners highlight a strong emotional connection to classic cars.

BMW UK hopes this blend of technical expertise and passion will help ensure its heritage vehicles remain on the road for generations to come.
