Property expert and YouTuber reckons that $7 million isn’t a lot of money to pay for a mansion located in Studio City, Los Angeles. Homes in the area are exceptionally expensive, and $7 million represents good value when you consider that Studio City is home to many of Hollywood’s elite movers and shakers.

In my opinion, $7 million is a hell of a lot of money to pay for a house. But there you go—I suppose if you have the money and a healthy bank balance, then $7 million is well within your means. Just think about that.
