It’s very rare that we cover any Mazda news these days. For one specific reason… However, the 2019 Mazda MX5 is one of the great sports cars, proper drivers cars. It is an example of not needing to buy a £200k supercar to experience balance, poise, and dexterity at an affordable price. Now Mazda is offering up a new accessory pack to embolden the 2019 Mazda MX5 just that little bit further.
Focusing on sporty enhancements, the £1,995 Cup Pack adds an Eibach suspension lowering kit, a Bastuck stainless steel exhaust system and 17-inch black BBS wheels. Lowering the car by 25mm the Eibach springs, give the MX-5 a sportier stance on the road without sacrificing the MX-5’s balance handling and supple ride quality.
The standard exhaust is replaced with a Bastuck sports silencer which adds a deeper, bassier rasp on the overrun when lifting from the throttle. Plus it also adds a sportier note as you pick up the throttle at low revs. Finally, the black BBS alloys are a key visual component to the Cup pack.
If the Cup Pack isn’t enough then consider the £4,675 Design Pack which adds exterior and interior styling enhancements with a body kit and improved interior trim materials.
Matched to BBS wheels, the aero kit’s brilliant black front, side and back skirts and subtle boot lid spoiler, add a tastefully sporty edge to the MX-5’s dynamic proportions and award-winning styling.
Inside, the cabin benefits from Alcantara trim for the gear lever gaiter, handbrake, dashboard and door panels. The full range of Mazda MX-5 accessories can be found here:
