BYD has unveiled pricing for its most affordable SUV yet, the Atto 2, starting at £30,850 for the Boost trim and £34,950 for Comfort. The compact urban EV comes well-equipped as standard, with a 12.8-inch rotatable touchscreen, wireless charging, eight-speaker audio, voice control, and vehicle-to-load (V2L) tech.
The Boost model carries a 51.1kWh battery offering up to 214 miles of range (302 miles city) and can fast-charge from 30–80% in 30 minutes.
The Comfort trim upgrades to a 64.8kWh battery with up to 261 miles of range and a faster 155kW charger that cuts charging time to 21 minutes.
Both versions use BYD’s advanced Blade Battery with cell-to-body (CTB) integration, enhancing safety, rigidity, and efficiency — marking the first time CTB tech appears in a compact SUV.
