Thankfully Maserati has had the vision to actually make the Alfieri Concept into a production reality. How much will be realised in the final production version is difficult to say. Usually manufacturing techniques place limits on fabricating complex and expensive to produce shapes so we may see a toned version when it hits the show rooms in 2016.
The Alfieri is a 2+2 coupe and of course will be rear wheel drive. The production version will receive three different V6 engine choices, producing 410 bhp (306 kW; 416 PS), 450 bhp (336 kW; 456 PS), and 520 bhp (388 kW; 527 PS).
The 450 bhp and 520 bhp versions will only have an all-wheel drive system. The Alfieri will be joined by an Alfieri convertible in 2017.
