Suzuki’s 22,000 UK followers/owners of the compact 4×4 Jimny have something to celebrate, a raft of new exterior and interior styling updates have been introduced for the 2014 model.
Suzuki had to introduce some new design modifications to the instrument cluster which now includes a Tyre Pressure Monitoring Sensor and also a gear shift indicator courtesy of EU regulations.
Interior updates include Dark Silver 15-inch alloy wheels, synthetic leather seats, air conditioning, leather trim steering wheel and rear privacy glass which are standard equipment for the top of the range SZ4 model.
The two model range starts at £12k for the entry level SZ3 and the higher spec SZ4 model is priced at £13,645 with manual the transmission or £14,545 with automatic transmission.
The Jimny is fed on a diet of 1.3-litre petrol engines, Suzuki claim both the petrol and manual versions can return at up too 40mpg in combined cycle driving with C02 outputs ranging from 162g/km to 167g/km respectively.
The Jimny was first introduced in to the UK market in 1998, and we’ve got to stop because we can’t find anything else to write about.
