Volvo V60 Gets New Cross Country Shell Suit

The V40 Cross Country now has a new sibling rivalry to contend with, the V60 Cross Country which is set to be revealed at this weeks LA Motorshow. The V60 Cross Country follows a familiar pattern, a raised ride height which is 62mm higher than the standard V60 and most fittingly front and all-wheel drive options. Volvo-V60-Cross-Country-Front-View The V60 Cross Country will sit on high profile tyres, either 18″ or 19″ wheels. A familiar range of engines will be available to European markets and this include’s Volvo’s in-house designed and built built engine/platform, the 181hp, 2.0 litre, 4-cylinder, D4 diesel. The Cross Country range was first sparked into life with the V70 version in 1997, the V60 Cross Country is distinguished by front and rear skid plates, side scuff plates and bumper extenders and integrated tail-pipes. Volvo-V60-Cross-Country-Rear-View The interior features sports seats in black leather with contrast brown stitching, in addition a two new two-tone leather combination will be offered. Don’t expect to see too many V60’s going off road, Chelsea will be a typical domain. Trim levels include the D3 FWD, D4 FWD and D4 AWD.
