Fisker’s client is US based Galpin Motors and the company’s owner ordered a one off coach built car ‘made to measure’ if you will. Its called the Galpin Thunderbolt and its based on the 6.0-litre, 568bhp V12 powered Aston Martin Vanquish chassis. And being a Fisker design its nothing short of stunning.
Naturally the car is offered up as the ultimate luxury GT Supercar but it keeps up with the times by offering things like a curved touchscreen, a worlds first for any car.
Galpin says the Thunderbolt is a concept prototype and could be made into a limited series production run, but did not say how many units could be made. We think the Thunderbolt will remain a one off.
No details on price but these bespoke and handmade cars can easily crack into the £500k region.
