The question is, are you willing buy a South Korean made luxury Coupe? If you are European then absolutely not, Europe has the S Class Coupe and plenty of other home brand luxury coupes to choose from. If you are from America then you may be interested because foreign made cars are better made and you don’t care if its a Hyundai or not. If you are South Korean then a luxury Hyundai Coupe is a flagship, flag-waving no brainier. If you are North Korean then you will most likely boil your dog and eat it. The Vision G concept is a luxurious 2+2 GT from the infernal machinations of Hyundai’s design talent. Powered by a Tau V8 sending power to the rear wheels, the Vision GT can look S Class Coupe square in the eyes and say “is that the best you can do Mercedes?” and then spit in its direction. The Vision G Concept debuted at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art before heading up to the concept car lawn at Pebble Beach later this week. Before you ask, Hyundai will never make the Vision GT Concept, sadly as is always the case an ugly derivative will make it onto the production line using a 1.6-litre turbo-charged petrol/gasoline engine.
