Is This Honda Acura NSX Really Worth $1m Dollars? Hell Yes!
Auto News
You may well have seen or read about the $1.2 million dollar Honda already and you may be asking why is it worth so much. The answer is simple because this is no ordinary Honda its a Honda supercar, its the first production model of the NSX and has the coveted VIN number 001 stamped too its chassis. It was sold at at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale 2016 auction and the winning bidder was NASCAR team owner Rick Hendrick. To be honest we’re not too familiar with the NASCAR scene but we reckon Mr Hendrick should have waited a little bit longer. If Hendrik had waited he would have saved himself a cool $1m dollars if he had chosen to pre-order one at a Honda dealership. The Honda NSX will cost $157,000 when it is launched on February 25th. Powered by a twin-turbo V6 and an all new three motor electric hybrid system the NSX is good for 573bhp. Developed under the concept of a “human-centred supercar,” the NSX is a supercar that puts the driver first in every aspect of its design says Honda. The next-generation NSX is Honda’s return to the supercar game and utilises a state-of-the-art hybrid supercar power unit. If you want to get your hand on an NSX in Europe then you will have to wait a little longer. Honda UK are only saying later this year.  Honda-NSX-Acura-001-Sold-At-Auction
