Hooned to hell? That’s what people do with their modified cars. So the video is simple, these car owners have very obviously modified their 4-wheel pride and joy and now want to demonstrate all that hard work for all to see. The best way to do so is to go into a public space, usually at an organised-dis-organised event/meetup.
The next step is, at some point during the meetup, to put into practice what you preach. So you the owner of this modified bling (people still use the latter term) decide to get into your car and give it some.
With all the money these people spend on modifying its baffling really, really baffling as to why they don’t get put down a deposit for a proper sports cars.
