We really don’t know what it takes to ruin a perfectly good and expensive Audi RS 7 but a Russian tuning company knows how to do just that courtesy of YouTube. Total Race take a bog standard RS 7, which is quite a fearsome proposition, and mash-up the 4.0-litre, 552bhp V8 twin turbo and it’s many torques. In return for this expertise you get plenty of power in for a car costing £80k.
For most people the standard RS 7Â ‘entry level’ power to price ratio is more than enough, the RS 7Â is a stealthy luxury 4-door supercar/coupe.
But in Russia reputations don’t mean anything and more than enough power is never enough. That is why Total Race fitted a set of extra turbo’s to the RS 7 to boost power close to 1,00bhp.
Obviously the transformation doesn’t follow Audi’s very considerate design principles and the extra set of Turbos had to be mounted externally complete with the ‘bull horn’ exhaust.
Total Race aren’t as crazy as this project appears, the company can actually undertake the design and build of complex machine parts.
Just don’t let them anywhere near your Audi RS 7.
