Hoverboards Finally Become A Reality
Video
Thanks to the 21st Century we are able to imagine, realise and build hoverboards, no longer do we have to go to the cinema, or illegally stream Hollywod movies. No longer do we have to imagine what a futuristic world would look like if it were powered by hoverboards. The other week Franky Zapata, the inventor behind the water propelled Flyboard, showcased his latest invention. The Flyboard Air. The Flyboard Air took Zapata two years to perfect, has four turbo engines on the board with two more on the sides for stabilization. First flight was March 2016. On April 30, 2016, Zapata broke the Guinness World Record for the farthest flight by hoverboard, which covered a distance of 1.4 miles at speeds of up to 33mph for 3 minutes and 55 seconds. The Hoverboard has a service ceiling of 10,000ft, thats 1.8 miles. But Frank kept it to a steady couple of feet as he attempted the record in Southern France. Watch the video below to see how the first test went. However the worst thing about this whole endeavour is that Frank was sponsored by Ford. What happened to the French, man they sold out to the devil.
