Imagine this, you’re in the wilderness somewhere in jerk-town Norway and you just happen to be a bushcraft junkie. You very obviously like the great outdoors and decide to take you’re trusty Suzuki 4×4 with you into a Forest.  You get bogged down in the big country and inexplicably, for a modern day bushcrafter you are unprepared for the one obvious thing you should be prepared for. You have a 4×4, make doesn’t matter. But where the hell is the mechanical winch? 4×4, off-road, wilderness, open country, in the winter? WTF! Anyway this idiot bushcrater seems to like getting himslef into trouble as he, most probably deliberately, gets bogged down. So instead of being prepared, at the very least he should have a mechanical winch, he decides to build a wooden winch. Now we like the ingenuity on display here but this guy seems to spend more time setting up his GoPro as he does making the goddamn winch. We’re not even sure what the hell he is doing in the goddamn forest in the first place other than making a point in this stupid fake self rescue video. As it turns out the self made cotraption is based on Mors Kochanski`s flip-flop winch. Why the hell didn’t he direct us to the goddam book or download link. This video is not a self rescue it’s self glorification. I think this article should be posted under ‘trolling’.
