Here is yet another flying car to get media attention. The Pal-V is designed and built in the Netherlands, it’s actually a very skilled bit of engineering and we do like the concept. However flying cars have never taken off (no pun intended) and they will always be a fill-in news story. You can buy a small helicopter for less than the asking price of a Pal-V and rent a car for the day if you are a business man who needs to get to that important business meeting. Or you could use the latest business conferencing tools… like a telephone or Skype if time means money to you. But who wouldn’t want a flying car? I mean think of the advantages. Your working day has ended, you head on home and get stuck in rush hour traffic. With a flying car you could just fly home, that’s worth the $600k asking price isn’t?
