The engine lineup is sure to be similar to the Q7’s so expect a range of diesel and petrol engines in line with Audi’s current offering. And also expect an SQ8 version.
A 4WD plug-in hybrid variant is expected to be paired with the 3.0-litre TFSi and an electric motor which develops a total system power of 438bhp and 700Nm of torque.
The styling should closely mirror the Q8 Sport Concept revealed at the Geneva Motorshow, think of it as Audi’s rival for the Range Rover Velar.
The Audi Q8 is expected to go on sale in 2018 following an official reveal later this year, prices are expected start from £60k.
