The 2019 RAV4 is based on Toyota’s new Global Architecture platform, however, the despite having increased interior passenger and driver space, the RAV4 isn’t significantly bigger on the outside.
US folks will be able to choose from three trim models and the RAV4 will be offered with a choice of two gasoline (petrol) engines, the 2.0-litre gasoline, and 2.5-litre hybrid.
Pricing has yet to be confirmed, however, US customers can expect an increase of, we don’t know how much, at a rough guess an increase of between $500 – $1500.
But is the all-new radical looking RAV4 overstyled compared to its predecessor? The answer is yes and no. But it does look better in every way.
It looks like a Hollywood actor who has had one too many facelifts and rhinoplasty but everybody around him pretends otherwise by exclaiming they still look so youthful.
