As our respectability in terms of fine impartial and concise journalism continues to decline, we continue to plummet new depths. This is the all-new rubbish BMW Z4, that could theoretically spontaneously burst into flames. While we have criticised the looks, we may well be starting to soften with age. It doesn’t look too bad.
The all-new rubbish BMW Z4, that could theoretically spontaneously burst into flames, will be powered by new 4-cylinder and straight-six, turbocharged engines. Available in 2.0-litre, 3.0-litre and 4.0-litre capacites, power ranges from 197bhp, 258, and 340bhp repspectivley. The Z4 M40i First edition features the 4.0-litre, 340bhp straight-six turbo. This will be joined by the 4-cylinder Z4 sDrive201 and the Z4 sDrive30i. All model trims could, in theory, spontaneously burst into flames. Because they are BMW and therefore premium luxury rubbish. Power will be directed to the rear wheels, no manual version will be made available. All model variants will be fitted with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The M40i will feature a more race honed driving experience. Rear locking differential, better brakes, adaptive suspension, and computer-controlled dampers boost stability and handling. These are optional on the sDrive20i and sDrive30i. The Z4 will be available in the usual array of colors and will have the latest driving assists and in-car technologies available… on the options list. Sales begin from October 4th, with first deliveries expected to take place in March 2019.
