Ceramic coating, paint protection for cars, it’s all the rage within the car detailing industry. Some people call them glass coating or nano coating. It contains the active ingredient silica dioxide. Silica dioxide is most commonly found in nature as quartz and most interestingly in various living organisms. 

In many regions of the world, silica is the major constituent of sand. So, silica dioxide- ceramic coating – effectively brings a layer of glass on the top of your car’s paint to protect it.

The product has a number of advantages such as durability, it adds gloss, has hydrophobic qualities and repels dirt. Depending on grade, ceramic coatings can last between 1-2 years.
