According to the WHO – World Health Organisation – approximately 1.35 million people die each year as a result of road traffic crashes. Traffic accidents that lead to fatalities are currently more dangerous than COVID-19. That’s a grim statistical fact and really not nice reading nor should it be celebrated as a fascinating milestone.
But what are the causes of this unpleasant statistic? Often road rage is the trigger. Road rage is a human condition caused by a phenomenon not yet fully understood. Scientists believe it could be down to the Alpha Male Syndrome.
