The average private residential garage is often a dark, dank storage facility for the accumulation of personal junk. Or it is a grimy, greasy home for Joe-average mechanic. But this is 2020 and garages no longer need to be a pit of spare parts or a secretive domain for growing weed, out of sight.
In Singapore, residents of tower apartments have a separate elevator for their cars and another for residents. The owner simply parks in a special under-ground bay and automation does the rest. The supercar is then transported by elevator to the designated apartment.
The only problem is that such a personal parking solution/garage is available for supercar owning millionaires. A Toyota Yaris owner simply doesn’t qualify.
