What just happened at the Tesla Cyber Rodeo event the other day? What was the purpose? What was it all about? The rock star-style event, hosted by Elon Musk, was a chance for the general public (Tesla employees and invited guests) to get an insight into the state of the company now and a few years into the future.

The event was held at the company’s newest Gigafactory in Texas, the most advanced car manufacturing facility in the world according to Musk. The main takeaway was the confirmation that the delayed Cybertruck will be arriving in 2023.

Musk also revealed the Tesla Roadster and Semi truck will begin production next year. Further information was revealed about the Tesla Optimus, a humanoid AI robot, that will begin production “hopefully next year”.
