As the motoring world, on this day,  waxes lyrical about the new Rolls Royce Spectre EV, we thought OK, you finally have your Rolls Royce what do you do next? You drive down to the south of France, to a little sleepy village town of Correns. There you will find Brad Pitt holed up in his Chateau Miraval, a 900-hectare estate complete with its own Vineyard. Chateau Miraval was home to Miraval Studios, founded in 1977 by French pianist and composer Jacques Loussier.

Loussier’s influence drew world-class musicians and pop artists to utilize one of the best-equipped recording studios in the world. The quiet ethereal surroundings allowed musicians and artists alike to relax and allow the imagination to stir the creative mind into action. Loussier sold the estate in 1998, and the new owner eventually decided to sell up in 2011.

The next buyer was Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie, since that time Pitt has re-developed the estate, and Miraval Studios is drawing in a new generation of musicians and artists. Some of whom will be owners of a Rolls Royce.
