Dartz Motorz is a Latvian headquartered manufacturer of performance armored vehicles. The company makes fantastically ugly and ultra-luxurious SUVs, often controversial armored vehicles for the superwealthy. Dartz Motorz has obviously tapped into a niche market where elite wealth has exhausted spending insane amounts on beautiful vanity objects to buying anything that makes them stand out amongst their cocaine addled “mates”. The Dartz Prombron The Dictator Aladeen Edition MMXXII (Roman numerals for 2022) is a name borrowed from the 2012 fictional Sacha Baron Cohen comedy movie, The Dictator.

Dartz Motorz provided the vehicles for Choen’s satirical black comedy, he played the lead role of general Aladeen. So fast forward to 2022 and Dartz reveals their Aladeen Edition luxury armored vehicle. Only 10 limited editions are planned. Underneath the grotesque body is the platform taken from a Mercedes-Maybach GLS.

Dartz Motorz has re-tuned the Mercedes-sourced 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 to produce 800 horsepower (588 kilowatts) and 738 pound-feet (1,000 Newton-meters) of torque. Performance figures are as ridiculous as the exterior styling, 0-62mph in 3.8 seconds and a top speed of 174mph.

The Dartz Prombron The Dictator Aladeen Edition MMXXII exterior body panels are designed to withstand armor-piercing bullets. Options include bomb-proofing from grenades or land mines, a protective helmet, and an umbrella made from python or alligator skin. Although we expect any heavily armed terrorist or freedom fighter to break down in laughter at the sight of this… thing.

This ugly vehicle will be luxuriously trimmed inside to almost Rolls Royce levels of attention to detail, each unit will cost over $1,000,000.
