Classic Electric Cars - From Testarossa to Teslarossa
YouTuber Can’t Stop Converting Classic Cars To Electric

YouTuber Richard from Electric Classic Cars can’t stop converting classic cars into electric because… it is his job, it’s what he does day to day, except Sunday. One of his latest projects is converting a Ferrari Testarossa to run on a pure electric powertrain. The Ferrari Testarossa (Type F110) featured a mid-mounted 440bhp flat-12-cylinder engine.

The Pininfarina-designed Testarossa was originally produced from 1984 until 1991. Two model revisions followed, the 512 TR and F512 M, which were manufactured from 1992 until 1996. It is my favorite Ferrari of the 1980s-1990s.

But time befriends no one not least an inanimate but glorious object such as the Testarossa. The Testarossa’s engine and fuel tank are removed to show just what goes into converting a classic car to run on an electric powertrain.
