According to Tom’s Guide playing Gran Turismo 7 with Playstation’s latest virtual reality headset is the new standard. Apparently, VR headsets can cause motion sickness among some gamers. What will make most gamers sick is the cost, a PSVR2 headset costs more than a PS5 console. PSVR2’s best feature is being able to project 4K resolution, a literal game changer for VR headsets which previously was limited to 1080p.
Better resolution offers a significantly better gaming experience. VR headsets are still very much in the niche, you have to be a hardcore, nerdcore gamer to consider buying into the cult of virtual reality.
