Friedrich Performance, unsatisfied with the current state of the “standard” Cayman GT4 RS, has introduced custom exposed-carbon aerodynamic bodywork components, enhancing its racing aesthetic. Notably, the intricately designed spoiler elements for the front and rear not only contribute to the car’s visual appeal but also optimize its aerodynamics for superior performance.
The Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS, equipped with a naturally aspirated four-liter, six-cylinder flat engine generating an impressive 368 kW / 500 hp, is intended as a high-performance companion for track enthusiasts right off the assembly line.
Friedrich Performance’s custom aerodynamic-enhancement components are laminated from carbon fibre in the in-house production facilities and then “baked” in the autoclave under pressure. All exposed-carbon components are finished with a high-gloss clear coat for that full-blooded racing look. However, they can also be painted in a colour of personal preference.
To make the front of the two-seater look even more aggressive and further increase front-axle downforce, the front bumper can be upgraded with the three-piece Friedrich Performance front spoiler, which juts out farther, and the two “canards” each for the sides of the front fascia.
Innovating further, Friedrich Performance has developed a stainless steel sports exhaust system tailored for Porsche’s high-revving engine. Available in various versions, options also include a rear muffler featuring integral thermal insulation made from 999 fine gold plating.
The complete Friedrich Performance body kit sells for 29,927 euros. All components are also available separately.
