The Lotus Emeya is being marketed as a fully electric Hyper-GT by Lotus. However, YouTuber Bjorn Nyland simply describes it as “good shit” – fair enough! The Emeya’s dual-motor architecture delivers an impressive 905 hp and 985 N·m of torque, propelling it from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.75 seconds, with a top speed of 159 mph.
With an expected starting price of £90,000, the Lotus Emeya is currently available for order, although securing one requires a £1,000 pre-order reservation fee, as initial deliveries are slated for the second half of the year.
Bjorn Nyland recently had the opportunity to experience a production model of the Lotus Emeya at a recent eCar Expo Oslo Show, showcasing his usual hyper-amazed style.
