I simply cannot understand how people can eat raw oysters; it’s disgusting, especially UK oysters, which are grown in sewage-infested waters. Since ancient Roman times, oysters have been seen as a delicacy enjoyed by the wealthy. And here we have a modern automotive equivalent to the oyster. A customized Rolls Royce by none other than Mansory. This is the Mansory Linea D’Oro, Italian for Golden Line.
The Mansory Linea D’Oro was customised by Mansory… for Mansory, it will serve as the centrepiece of the company’s newly established showroom in Dubai.
As with all customized Mansory vehicles, the Rolls Royce Cullinan, AKA, the Linea D’Oro, boasts a fully bespoke body kit with flared arches, a rear diffuser, and a rear spoiler, all adorned with a custom paint job accented with flickers of gold highlights.
The rear spoiler serves a functional purpose, albeit minimal. Mansory has tuned the stock BMW 6.75-liter turbocharged V12 engine, enhancing its power output from 571bhp to 610bhp and increasing torque to 950 Nm.
It’s remarkably fast for a large, heavy SUV, but the type of person this beast is aimed at cares little about speed. A car crafted for showroom display is bound to draw attention seekers, it is a vehicle designed for narcissists who crave attention.
The Mansory Linea D’Oro rides on custom golden 24-inch alloys. Not stopping at eye-catching exterior features, Mansory spared no expense on the interior, adorning it with gold highlights, contrast stitching, and leather piping—all in gold.
The overall appearance is quite polarizing, simultaneously repulsive and strangely alluring. Indeed, Mansory has achieved the seemingly impossible, transforming repulsive aesthetics into an unexpected appeal.
