Der Neue Audi Q6 eTron, Ein Technologischer Verfall?
Auto News

Audi is marching towards an enlightened electric car future, however, one can regard the all-new Q6 eTron as a manifestation of failure. Why? Because Audi’s executives have knuckle-dragged over their EV strategy for so long that they are treading water, not advancing as appearances may suggest. Last year, and in somewhat of a panic, Audi signed a deal with China’s SIAC Motor for the provision of Chinese-made EV powertrains because the Chinese EV is so much more advanced.

The end result is the Audi Q6 eTron, by their own words a “technological leap” in premium electric mobility. The Q6 eTron has a 100 kWh (94.9 net) battery pack to provide an unverified range of up to 381 miles

With a maximum charging capacity of 270 kW as standard, short charging stops are possible with the Audi Q6 e-tron. Up to 158 miles can be recharged in just 10 minutes at a high-power charging station on the Quattro powertrain.

Audi Q6 e-tron Quattro and SQ6 e-tron are priced from £68,975 and £92,950 (OTR) respectively and will go on sale in the UK on April 30th.
