Yes, yes, yes… we’re obsessed with the state of the Chinese automotive industry, so much so that we might end up living in China! In Europe, we are weighed down by the socially engineered “cost of living” crisis—a convenient cover for governments to siphon off taxpayers’ incomes, funneling the money to who knows where.

Meanwhile, the only “crisis” the Chinese face is how absurdly low their cost of living is—or at least should be. The YouTube channel Periscope, based in China, recently reviewed the extended-wheelbase Passat sold there, starting at just $20,000.

Do you know what I’m going to do? Convert to communism, pack my bags, and emigrate to China! There, I’ll be known as Mr. Yutao Chen. And when the funds allow, I’ll buy a VW Passat for just $20,000.
