We’ve been away for a few days and what happened, Subaru launched the all new UK spec Forester, yea the Subaru Forester. Get in!

Subaru’s new All-Wheel Drive Forester will be available to order in the UK from February 12, 2025, with prices starting at £38,995 for the Limited model and rising to £42,995 for the top-spec Touring variant.

Built on the enhanced Subaru Global Platform, the new Forester offers improved chassis rigidity, refined driving dynamics, and advanced safety technology. It retains Subaru’s signature Permanent Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive and e-BOXER hybrid powertrain, featuring a 2.0-litre horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine with 24 technical upgrades. A new dual-pinion electric power steering system provides better response and more natural feedback.

The Forester excels both on and off-road, boasting 220mm of ground clearance, excellent approach and departure angles, and a 1,870kg towing capacity. Safety is a priority, with the latest Subaru EyeSight Driver Assist Technology, including a new Emergency Driving Stop System and upgraded Driver Monitoring System. New front and centre airbags further enhance passenger protection.

Interior upgrades include a 39% reduction in cabin noise, more comfortable seats, and a modernised cabin with an 11.6-inch Full HD infotainment system, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and both Type-C and Type-A charging ports.

Practical features like a 508-litre boot (expanding to 1,720 litres with the rear seats folded), a hands-free power tailgate, and a 360° Multi-View Monitor system round out the Forester’s comprehensive package.
