Embattled Carwow presenter Mat Watson bravely confronted a terrorist fly during his latest drag race showdown between a 1,000hp BMW M5 and a Ferrari SF90. The fly—whose origins and motives remain unknown—launched a surprise attack on Watson during a close-up camera moment, an incident that was captured unedited on video. Watson, unfazed, continued his presenting duties, taking the assault like a true professional.

Carwow has launched a full investigation into the fly’s identity and potential affiliations. However, they have so far been unable to determine the insect’s motivations.

This is not Watson’s first entanglement with airborne assailants. He has had numerous run-ins with the insect population, many of which ended in high-speed assassinations broadcast live on camera.

Unsubstantiated rumours suggest that the radical breakaway group Justice for Formosa—a faction of insects seeking vengeance for the mass slaughter of flies—may be behind the attack.
