Formula 1 And Apple Announce Five-Year $750M Broadcast Agreement
Formula One

Formula 1 has announced a five-year agreement with Apple, making Apple the exclusive U.S. broadcast partner for the sport beginning in 2026. The deal follows the success of F1: The Movie, an Apple Original Film that grossed nearly $630 million worldwide and will stream on Apple TV from December 12, 2025.

The partnership aims to expand Formula 1’s reach among younger and more diverse audiences in the United States. According to the 2025 Global F1 Fan Survey, nearly half of new U.S. fans are aged 18–24, and more than half are female.

Under the new agreement, Apple TV will broadcast all Free Practice, Qualifying, Sprint sessions, and Grands Prix, with select races and practice sessions available for free.

F1 TV Premium will continue through Apple TV subscriptions, and Formula 1 content will also be featured across Apple News, Maps, Music, Sports, and Fitness+.

Further information on programming and access will be released in the coming weeks.
