A 2017 Range Rover Evoque with a 2.0 Ingenium diesel engine came into The Car Edition workshop with a rattling noise on cold start.

Despite only 59,000 miles, it needed its third timing chain replacement — hardly surprising for a Land Rover, given the brand’s well-documented reliability issues.
