Pininfarina and JAS Motorsport have unveiled teaser images of their reimagined Honda NSX, officially named Tensei, meaning “rebirth” in Japanese. The new supercar was privately revealed to select customers at Fuji Speedway in November, suggesting orders may already be open.
The design stays true to the original NSX, retaining the black canopy, pop-up headlights, hoop rear spoiler, and signature rear lights, while modernising the body with muscular carbon fibre panels, larger rear-quarter intakes, front hood vent, and an improved stance.

The car also carries JAS badges instead of Honda. Under the hood, a tuned version of Honda’s V6 will deliver more than the 270 hp of the original, paired with a six-speed manual transmission.

Both left- and right-hand drive versions will be offered, though production numbers and pricing remain unknown. A full global reveal is expected in the first half of 2026.
Next year promises excitement for NSX fans, as Italdesign is also teasing its own reimagined NSX with an NSX-R GT-style roof snorkel.
