The new Audi A6 allroad enters its fifth generation with a stronger focus on versatility, luxury, and electrified performance. Designed to bridge the gap between a premium estate car and an off-road vehicle, it features a wider body, increased ground clearance, and advanced chassis technologies that enhance both comfort and capability.
Compared with the standard A6 Avant, the A6 allroad is 111 mm wider and sits 34 mm higher, giving it a more commanding presence and improved performance on rough terrain.
A key feature is the standard adaptive air suspension, which offers 55 mm of height adjustment and dedicated off-road modes. Combined with quattro all-wheel drive and optional all-wheel steering, the system provides confident handling on highways, gravel roads, and challenging surfaces.
The vehicle also benefits from improved steering precision, wider tyres, and larger wheels up to 21 inches in diameter.
Inside, the A6 allroad offers a premium digital experience centred around Audi’s curved MMI panoramic display, consisting of an 11.9-inch virtual cockpit and a 14.5-inch touchscreen.
For the first time, the A6 allroad is available as a plug-in hybrid. The A6 allroad e-hybrid combines a 2.0-litre petrol engine with an electric motor to produce 367 PS and 500 Nm of torque, delivering up to 59 miles of electric-only driving range.
Alternatively, buyers can choose a 3.0-litre V6 TDI diesel producing 299 PS and 580 Nm, supported by mild-hybrid technology for greater efficiency and responsiveness.
Optional features include a passenger display, four-zone climate control, a panoramic glass roof, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system. Advanced lighting technologies, including Digital Matrix LED headlights and OLED rear lights, further enhance safety and personalization.
With generous luggage space, towing capacity of up to 2,500 kg, and extensive comfort features, the new Audi A6 allroad is designed as a capable, luxurious companion for everyday driving, travel, and outdoor adventures.
First UK customer deliveries are expected in autumn 2026, likely between September and November, with estimated starting prices of around £68,000–£72,000 for the A6 allroad V6 TDI and £72,000–£76,000 for the A6 allroad e-hybrid, although official UK pricing has yet to be confirmed by Audi.
