Bentley has decided that simply building a 771bhp grand tourer isn’t quite enough. So it’s handed the Supersports over to Mulliner, which has responded by giving it what is arguably the most eye-catching paint job ever to leave the Crewe factory.
Called Design Theme by Mulliner, the new option introduces something Bentley has never offered before: a paint finish that fades from one side of the car to the other.

The driver’s side starts in a bold highlight colour before gradually blending into a darker shade on the passenger side. It’s a clever effect that reinforces the Supersports’ driver-focused personality, while an off-centre racing stripe and contrasting pinstripes add even more visual drama.

There are three colour combinations to choose from. Dragon pairs Dragon Red with Black Crystal, Electric blends Electric Blue into Dark Sapphire, while Brodgar offers a more understated combination of pale and darker grey tones.
If none of those suit your tastes—or your yacht—Mulliner will happily create something bespoke.

Inside, the two-seat cabin follows the same asymmetric theme. The driver is surrounded by the brighter accent colour, while the passenger sits in a darker environment.

Unique perforated leather, contrast stitching, bespoke embroidery and colour-matched trim complete the look. It’s all wonderfully over the top, but that’s precisely the point.

Bentley buyers have never been shy about standing out, and this latest Mulliner package ensures the Supersports will attract almost as much attention parked outside a hotel as it will blasting down an unrestricted autobahn.
The new Design Theme by Mulliner will make its public debut at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
