Its somewhere in Memphis, Tennessee in the US of A, and there is a fire raging in a block of flats. Fortunately the residents escape uninjured and the shining knights of the Memphis Fire Service come charging in with lights blazing and fire horns blaring.
They should have checked the braking system on the fire truck because as it comes to a halt it smashes through the cement barrier indeed the cement barrier did a better job of stopping the 6 tone beast.
