We don’t see the point in drag racing trucks because how do most normal people actually relate to or have aspirations of owning semi trucks of the American variety.
But drag racing semi trucks seems to be a noisy and popular spectator sport in a part of French speaking Canada. We believe the trucks being raced are made by Kenworth but we prefer to call them Optimus Primes.
Still we don’t get why a French speaking part of Canada is using American made trucks, the French hate anything other than the French where is the automotive patriotism?
The French culture should never assimilate into its host nation it should remain distinct, separate and therefore proud of its identity. Not like those jolly foreigners. Eh!
