Damn the marketing folks at over at Mercedes, god damn the new E Class and god bless automated technology. Automated technology is being developed at break neck speed, while fully automated driving is still a few years away the technology is already advanced enough to offer extremely low speed driving automation.
Mercedes being Mercedes have released a video demonstrating “der neu” E Class’s automated tech.
The automated Parking Pilot assists the driver in finding a suitable parking space by manoeuvring into and out of parking spaces with the active steering intervention.
Parking Pilot assists are becoming readily available in nearly all brands of cars but somehow the E Class does it better.
