The Skoda Enyaq Coupe EV Concept is Finally The Right Fit?
Auto News

Skoda’s new ‘right fit’ philosophy is ushering in a new sense of forward-thinking. Not that anyone at Skoda is backward in their thinking. Skoda has always operated with the highest professional standards and integrity. We’ll gloss over dieselgate, which was never a right fit for the company because they (Skoda executives) were only following orders. From the depths of deception to resurrection, Skoda is seeking to become the right fit for a new generation of electric car buyers. And the right fit business model is seen in concept form with the Skoda Enyaq coupe EV.

The Enyaq coupe concept will eventually form part of a new model variant to complement the Enyak SUV all-electric model series. As with the SUV, the coupe will be based on the Volkswagen Group’s Modular Electrification Toolkit (MEB). Marvel at the side skirts that are paint-matched to the body colour. Wonder with amazement at the large wheels that give the new, four-door flagship model a right fit stance.

Appreciate how the roofline profile is redesigned in order to create a striking right fit pose. Gawp at how the B-pillar and the roof slopes gently towards the rear to merge with the rear tailgate. Stare with delight at the rear styling which reveals the Skoda typography in block capitals.

The right fit Skoda Enyaq Coupe EV will be officially revealed to the public at its digital world premiere in Prague on 31 January 2022.
